Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email from us with the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please note high order volumes may impact processing times. We will always keep you updated via Text/Email if this is the case.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- We use Express Shipping across India via Delhivery and charge a flat fee of INR 75. Orders valued at 5000 INR and above qualify for free shipping. Delhivery offers 2-4 day delivery turnaround all across India.
- Shipping fees for exchanges will have to be paid before the exchange order is shipped and will be charged basis the ship-to location. For exchanges, barring cases arising from defective items, shipping will be handled by the customer.
- Custom Orders need to be Pre-paid only and no exchanges will be entertained as those pieces will be made just for you.
- If you wish to use DTDC Express or Blue Dart, due to expedited order requirement, the balance amount will have to be borne by you.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide using Delhivery as our Shipping Partner. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer. This cost will show up on the final checkout page of your order.
- All orders are dispatched in 5-7 working days (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) and delivered in 10-12 business days, depending on customs and location.
- For all orders outside of India – Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws of your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you.
- If you are unable to pay these Customs and VAT at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded.
- Our Own Pace has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
- Returns on International Orders: We don't provide Returns. If you are applicable for an exchange, then yes you can do so.
- Exchanges on International Orders: For all international exchanges, the cost of shipping and customs clearance for you to send back your order and the cost to receive your exchange order will have to be borne by you. If there is a damaged product then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation by email.

How do I Check the Status of my Shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@ourownpace.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Important Note
While we strive to dispatch and deliver your order on time, unexpected delays — like weather disruptions, courier issues or strikes - may occasionally occur. Rest assured, we’re closely monitoring such situations and working with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
