Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email from us with the tracking details once your order has been shipped. 

Please note high order volumes may impact processing times. We will always keep you updated via Text/Email if this is the case.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We use Express Shipping across India via Delhivery and charge a flat fee of INR 75. Orders valued at 5000 INR and above qualify for free shipping. Delhivery offers 2-4 day delivery turnaround all across India.

Shipping fees for exchanges will have to be paid before the exchange order is shipped and will be charged basis the ship-to location. For exchanges, barring cases arising from defective items, shipping will be handled by the customer.

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping. However if you would like to make a purchase from outside India, please do write to us at help@ourownpace.co.

How do I Check the Status of my Shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@ourownpace.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
