Q: How do I find my size?

  • We understand the importance of finding the right size for a perfect fit. For every product, we provide a detailed size chart under the 'sizes' on the product page. This size chart includes garment measurements to help you make an informed decision. This gives you a visual reference for how the product fits and helps you gauge how it might look on you. As a note please multiply the chest measurement by 2 to approximate the wearers chest measurement.

 

Q: How long before I receive my order?

  • As our products are handcrafted basis individual orders, it typically takes us 5-7 days (except weekends and public holidays) to dispatch your order. In case the garment is already available with us in your given size, we will ship it out immediately. In either case you can expect your order to be delivered within 3-4 business days after dispatched.

 

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. If you have any specific concerns about the delivery timeline or need assistance, please feel free to contact us via Instagram or Email. We're here to help and make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

  

Q: Do you ship outside India?


  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Q: Can I customize a product?

  • No, we don't offer Custom or Bespoke orders.

 

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective order?

  • We do a stringent QC of our products before sending out but in case you receive a defective product, kindly follow the below steps to help resolve the issue:-

 

Step 1: Take clear pictures of the defect. Make sure the pictures clearly show the issue.

 

Step 2: Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. You can reach out to us through hello@ourownpace.co and provide your order details and the pictures of the defect.

 

Step 3: We will review the pictures and your case. If the defect is confirmed, we can either refund the amount or exchange the product free of cost.

 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

  • We do not offer refunds unless an incorrect item was delivered. Orders are individually cut and processed as soon as we have received payment in full. All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. Exchanges are permitted within 2 days of the customer receiving the item, for items of equal or greater value in case of a sizing issue or if an incorrect item was delivered. The product you are exchanging must be in original condition with original tags; unwashed, unworn and undamaged.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges will have to be paid before the exchange order is shipped and will be charged basis the ship-to location. For exchanges, barring cases arising from defective items, shipping will be handled by the customer.

 

Q: Can I order something that's not in stock but I’d really like to have?

  • We understand how disappointing it can be when a desired product is out of stock. However, there's still a chance we can help you get what you're looking for.

 

  • If a product is marked as out of stock, do let us know via help@ourownpace.co and we can look into how we can make the product available to you, check the availability and give you a timeline for restock.

 

  • Your interest is important to us, and we're here to assist you in any way we can.

 

Q: What if I put my address incorrectly?

  • If you have given an incorrect address, please contact us either on our email or our Whatsapp within 1 day of placing the order. If the order has not been dispatched, we can make changes to the order.
