Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie

This blend of cucumber and pineapple smoothie in coconut milk offers a delightful balance of tangy sweetness, creaminess, and invigorating refreshment. It stands out as one of my preferred green smoothie mixes - striking just the right balance between sweetness and thickness while providing excellent hydration.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 bowl of Spinach
  • 1 cup Coconut milk (or regular cow milk)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
