This apple spinach smoothie stands out as one of my go-to green smoothie recipes. Its balance is impeccable, offering a hint of sweetness, a touch of tartness, and a subtle creaminess. It's a delightful choice for any moment throughout the day and takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 bowls of Spinach
  • 1 cup Milk/ Oats Milk/ Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
